Even a burned out fog light and an imperfect door hinge did not go unnoticed. In fact, he even had those little things taken care of. What’s more, he even got a full tank of gas okayed. He listened to all of our concerns and he answered all of our questions. We would recommend John in a heartbeat! Marty Maggio was also very helpful. He helped us with the financing, about which we are very grateful. Another caring member of the staff, he worked with us to come up with both a down payment and a monthly payment that we can afford. While nobody likes going through paperwork, Marty explained everything in detail and he helped make the overall experience a pleasure. He definitely deserves to be recognized as well. And thanks to Louis for setting up the remote starter installation. My wife is going to be pleased as punch about that! In conclusion, my wife and I are completely satisfied with our car buying experience at Oak Lawn Toyota. We were referred to them by our mechanic and they did not disappoint us! We were hesitant about buying a car from a dealership, but all of our fears and misconceptions were quelled and our expectations were beyond met.
