He was professional, helpful, and guided me through every step of purchasing my vehicle. Mario was also my salesperson when I purchased my brand-new BMW X6 back in 2022, and once again, he provided excellent service. It was a pleasure working with him again, and I would highly recommend Mario to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. More

Mary went truly above and beyond to secure my brand-new 2027 BMW, working her magic to get it allocated directly to the dealership so I could bypass a grueling three-month custom order wait. Beyond being a 2027 BMW, working her magic to get it allocated directly to the dealership so I could bypass a grueling three-month custom order wait. Beyond being an absolute pleasure to work with, she kept me consistently informed with proactive updates every step of the way until delivery day. It is crystal clear why she has been a pillar at this dealership for decades! A massive thank you is also due to Karl Alvarez for stepping in and working out the numbers to make this deal happen at the right price point. An exceptional, five-star experience from start to finish! More
