I can't be happier with her service and professionalism. As far a Scott Douglas not usually the easiest place to be at the end of the transaction with financing. He made it a comfortable and awesome experience especially when I found out that my loyalty gave me a few dollars off and a better interest rate. He was fantastic. Karl Alvarez is great in his position and again has been extremely patient with me and never pushed me into anything. I have always been satisfied with my treatment at Ferman BMW. On a side note Sal Graziano in service is wonderful and very trustworthy man. Not what you can say about everyone when taking your car in for service. All in all Ferman BMW is a great place to purchase a car. Don't forget to ask for Mary Keller you won't be disappointed. More
