Mat was great to work with. This was my second visit to The BMW Store and he was very helpful with info during my initial visit and several follow up emails. When I returned to test drive and then purchase The BMW Store and he was very helpful with info during my initial visit and several follow up emails. When I returned to test drive and then purchase the 2017 CPO X1 he again made the purchase process easy and more importantly, enjoyable. I felt like I got the same experience buying my pre-owned 4-Series as someone who goes in to buy a $100,000 7-Series. Long review? From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I walked out with a car, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was attractive and definitely something you should see, even if it's just for the classic BMWs inside on display. The salesman, Mat Swartz, was incredibly knowledgeable and a great resource to work with during the deal process. You could tell he was a true car enthusiast, which I think is a critical quality for someone selling BMWs. We worked on pricing together, and came to an agreement where I felt confident that I got a great overall price. He even pulled the trade-in service record for me to check out. In the finance process, Jemar DuBose worked at my pace, giving me any time I needed to review all the documents I signed. He presented all the "add-on" options in an informative manner, and I never felt like I was being pushed into a decision. He was able to get me a rate that beat out what I'd previously gotten, and overall saved me money. The car itself was well taken care of and it showed. Everything was clean and it was well attended to. Overall, this was the easiest, best car buying experience I've had. Thanks BMW Store! More

Susan Ward did a great job of showing all of the features to my wife and her parents who ordered an X3 the same day for lease. She did this patiently while I was getting all of the paperwork done with Jemar Dubose who was also very helpful. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Cincinnati MINI / BMW Store. There is a reason I keep coming back: I love the cars, but the support from Sales (including Ric Koresky) and Service (Rodney Steadman has been a gem with the i3) is even more important. More
