Had one of the greatest car buying experiences ever. I went to Moore Buick GMC with the intent of checking out a few trucks I had been eyeing for over a week. Ran into Salesman Matt Cisneros and it was on went to Moore Buick GMC with the intent of checking out a few trucks I had been eyeing for over a week. Ran into Salesman Matt Cisneros and it was on from there. We sat down and had a conversation like we were old friends. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything but talk about the type of truck I was looking for and my thoughts. Within a few minutes we came to terms and I was getting financed for the truck I wanted. Came in pre-approved, but they found me financing to beat my lender and their Finance guy Jeremy Sanchez was just as awesome as Matt. Definitely a family atmosphere and great car buying experience. Future car purchases for me will be from Moore Buick GMC in Jacksonville, NC. More

I found a car that was exactly how I wanted after doing a national search, living in Rhode Island I contact Moore GMC in North Carolina and they sent me everything I ask right away. I flew down to Jacksonvil national search, living in Rhode Island I contact Moore GMC in North Carolina and they sent me everything I ask right away. I flew down to Jacksonville and Matt picked me up at the airport with the car I was buying and I drove it back to dealership. I delt with 4-5 people at the dealership and everyone there were great. I hopped in the car and drove it back to Rhode Island that night nonstop. They called me to be sure all was good and I did have an issue with the radio and they were ready to make a service appointment at my local dealer and take care of everything for me. I will think about buying my next work truck there and bring it back again. Good Job! More
