My Rdx recently needed to be towed to the dealership. I notified Matt in service that my car was on its way. He explained to me that they were very back up and would have my car looked at as soon as possib notified Matt in service that my car was on its way. He explained to me that they were very back up and would have my car looked at as soon as possible. It turn out that he was able to call me later in day with the repairs that needed to be done. Broken right front axle and an alternator failure. I had my car back the very next day. Thank you Matt More
