I had an extremely excellent experience from start to finish with this dealership. I was searching for a specific make and model of a Lexus GX460. I called nine different dealerships and this being the l finish with this dealership. I was searching for a specific make and model of a Lexus GX460. I called nine different dealerships and this being the last one I ended up speaking to Chris Beto. What a very helpful guy not only did he listen to what I was looking for he searched and saw one was in freight. We went over all the details, and then I spoke with Ben and then Matt the GM. When all was said and done I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Now I live on the south side of Chicago so when the day came to pick the car up we drove almost 2 hours. Another excellent experience picking up the car. It had EVERYTHING I wanted and more and all extra services I requested were done. Chris went over the whole car and how to use all the different functions. There was no rush or hurrying. This is THE BEST car purchased I have ever had! In an age where customer service seems to have been replaced by a computer screen, the entire team went above and beyond giving us a very personal touch. I don't think I will ever buy a car anywhere else again. Special shoutouts to Matt, the GM who went out of his way to come over and introduce himself and thank us for our business. Ben Bleed who made sure the financing was quick and easy, and ESPECIALLY Chris Beto, who took an insane amount of time to ensure that we completely understood all of the bells and whistles in the car.
