Brett was great, he went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. Brett arranged a tow for us, got it in the very next morning and had the car duty on this one. We had an issue with the software on our new X7M50I. Brett arranged a tow for us, got it in the very next morning and had the car back to us in our driveway in less than 24 hours door to door. I have had to come to this dealership for service a number of times. A couple of times, I had powerful and telling interactions with Matt Krappe. On an alignment issue with my coupe, he did his best to ensure my satisfaction, and even helped work out a deal with BMW North America. He and his Assistant Service Manager Kyle are two professionals that meet high standards of a luxury car maker. Accessible, professional and fair. Reach out to him if you have any issues. Salesmen have been a mixed bag at the dealership but service is generally quite good. More
