Purchasing my newcBMW at Chambers in Boston from Hadi Eslami I have always been impressed by the professional staff at Herb Chambers dealers. I just ordered a new 330i wagon in December for my wife ( with her permission and input of course). I was fortunate to talk to Hadi in the showroom and I was so impressed with his NO pressure attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about the options and process. My wife who is extremely fussy about who she feels with felt so relaxed and welcomed by Hadi. Hadi gave us the BEST price that we could get after shopping around. He kept us updated throw the ordering and building process and the car arrived on the date that he established for us. Today we picked up the car and had allowed an hour or so to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% pleased before a service rep taught my wife how to operate all of the systems in the car. She just told me that in 40 years, she had never met a nicer more sincere salesman. We are in Real Estste sales so we know.... This man was really relaxed and didn’t make up stories... He gave us the facts and he even introduced me to the general manager who was as warm and welcoming..... My son is going over this week to order a new 330i sedan from Hadi.. as an attorney, he my be impressed by only knowegable and authentic salespeople.... He is wonderful... I am only doing this because of the superior professional services that we received from Hadi Eslami.... I recommend using him Paul Iantosca More

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! My car is a 2012 BMW XS with 140,000 miles on it. The drive belt on my car broke on May 30, 2018 after six years and 140,000 miles. I took my car to H My car is a 2012 BMW XS with 140,000 miles on it. The drive belt on my car broke on May 30, 2018 after six years and 140,000 miles. I took my car to Herb Chabers BMW of Boston and had the belt and tensioner replaced. While on a work trip last week in Upstate New York the belt broke again on July 5 and was towed to Keeler BMW located at 1111 T roy-Schenedady Rd Rte 7, Latham, NY 12110. The drive belt was ejected and ingested through the front main seal of the engine after only being drive 34 days and 2,200 miles from the date it was repaired. The engined now needs to be replaced. Keeler inspected the vehide and determined that there was no evidence of a parts failure, and further indicated that Herb Chambers BMW improperly installed it. I've also contacted BMW North America regarding this matter and they have determined Herb Chambers is responsible for the damage and any repairs necessary. I have tried resolving this the directly with Herb Chambers and they are refusing to assist me with getting my car fixed. I'm now pursuing recourse under 93A, the MA Consumer Protection Law and have contact the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. More

Wonderful in Every Way! At 60 years old....I have had much experience with a huge variety automobiles. I started with Mini in NJ in 2014. There was a Clubman that I saw in the showroom and that day decided to give it a go. Since then....I have recommended Minis to my kids because I found this car to be amazing! So...in Boston....Brian our salesperson and Mustafa in financing are surely the dynamic duo! We could not have hand picked a better team! The best experience ever in selecting the new minis. Each and every contact with this organization has been extremely kind and helpful. The fellows who greet you at the service entrance are great and Mark, Matt and Chris in the service department are the three amigos who are in every way a treasure to the organization. Herb Chambers you are one lucky man to have such a wonderful staff....you are truly blessed! As a result...so are we!! More

Nick Mitrano, Senior Service Advisor, provides fantastic service an I purchased 3 BMW's from Herb Chambers BMW. The service team have been fantastic. Nick Mitrano, Senior Service Advisor, provides fantastic service and never misses anything. He is very smart as well. Matt Krappe, Service Director, provides First Class service. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgable as well. Matt and Nick always get the job done right the first time. I recommend to any BMW owner to get their cars from this dealer and their service! Nick Lagas and Jano are excellent sales team members and are fantastic in their roles. More

They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and passionate about customer service. I have been driving BMWs for 40 years and working with Herb Chambers BMW since I returned to Boston in the early 1990s. I recommend them to everyone I know. More
