Individual service Service guys Mark and Matt are awesome! They understand the vehicle as well as our needs. I always feel as though I have a friend servicing my car. We drive into Boston from 25 miles out in the suburbs for the service we get at Herb Chambers Mini of Boston. Keep up the good work! More

Complete lack of customer service at front desk. Service advisors were wonderful, but front desk service was very poor. Service was completed and paid for and then I had to wait an additional 45 min Service advisors were wonderful, but front desk service was very poor. Service was completed and paid for and then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car. Front desk personnel did not tell me there would be a delay nor did they do anything to find the reason of the delay. There were at least 4 other customers waiting that long for their car, with no communication and no one was happy to say the least. Matt finally went and got my car. More

Leasing my fifth BMW at Herb Chambers in Boston As usual, I was very happy with the sales department. This is the "FIFTH" BMW that I got from Herb Chambers in Boston, MA. I always had a wonderful As usual, I was very happy with the sales department. This is the "FIFTH" BMW that I got from Herb Chambers in Boston, MA. I always had a wonderful experience with the service department and sales department. My only comment is that it is very sad that an organization who hires such a wonderful people in its sales and service departments, hires people in its finance department who are not professional and above all know nothing about the finance and treating the customers. My sophomore students know more about finance that they do. My experience in the past dozens of years dealing with Herb Chamber in Boston is that the quality of the people in the finance department has gone done exponentially. The reason might be the good economy that the high quality people all got better jobs. More

I had to go to the service manager to get issue resolved. The service specialists are very varied and don't necessarily do a good job keeping you abreast of what is happening. I ultimately had to work directly with the service manager (Matt). He is phenomenal!!!! But optimally, it wouldn't be necessary to have to reach out to him. More

Profoundly bad experience I’ve been a Herb Chambers customer for 20 years, having gone through several Hondas and two mini coopers; my experiences up til now have been good to I’ve been a Herb Chambers customer for 20 years, having gone through several Hondas and two mini coopers; my experiences up til now have been good to great. I now have a BMW i3 from Herb Chambers and have been caught in a loop of poor service and surly staff. It feels much worse than what I experienced with other Herb Chambers cars. The issue is complex but relates to problems not being dealt with in a clear and forthright manner, misinformation, and no sense of ownership when missteps by the staff forced me to return several times for a problem that could have been dealt with easily much earlier. No one has ever apologized or acknowledged the hassle and cost I’ve incurred. Overall I’ve been made to feel unimportant to the service staff and so, somewhat reluctantly, I have taken my service needs elsewhere. More
