In fact, I stopped in a few weeks before purchasing to look around. Our salesman took his time helping me but was very understanding that I didn’t want to purchase that day. He asked for my name and number but he didn’t bug me with calls or texts. Instead, he waited about two weeks and sent me one text asking informing me of some great deals they were running for the new month and asked if we would like to come back in. We said yes, he made time for us and now we own a brand new Pacifica. The sales team were very helpful too. We don’t have great credit but they did everything they could to make sure we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Now our family can enjoy some extra leg room and good A/C for the summer. We won’t buy anywhere else! More

The only down side was I did not get as much for my trade as I would have liked but that was what it was. Process was easy and painless not high pressure. Deal making was reasonable. They made me feel like they really didn’t want my business. From the get-go, my experience with Matt was 100% better. He was patient as I test drove several Jeeps. With my test drive he showed me the various capabilities of the Jeep. He thoroughly explained what the features were. He never made me feel pressured to buy, but that he genuinely wanted to me to be happy with my purchase (which I am!). When it came time to buy, he was very upfront and explained each of the fees involved. Finally, we finished our purchase with Matt Loveless in Finance. Again I felt like I was being treated with respect and honesty. No haggling, no hidden fees, no high pressure just excellent service. Finally, Matt Causey finished my purchase by introducing me to Mitch in Service, Matt even explained what type of oil I would need and Mitch would help me with my oil changes. Since graduating college, this was my first major purchase. The whole team at Chris Nikel, especially Matt Causey made my car buying experience AMAZING!!
