Both guys I talked to at Rob Sight were very nice and helpful. I live four hours away and a drive up just to look wasn’t exactly an option for me. The way buying a car should be! I contacted Matt Pauley at Rob Sight Ford in KC, MO about our interest in a new 2020 Edge they had in stock at the dealership. In a short amount of t I contacted Matt Pauley at Rob Sight Ford in KC, MO about our interest in a new 2020 Edge they had in stock at the dealership. In a short amount of time, Matt replied with their best price trade deal. There was no negotiating, no hassles, and most importantly, no games. After we accepted the deal, I sent all required information to the dealership. I should mention that all initial communication was done through email and texting. That way I could see the numbers Matt was referring to in black and white. When we arrived to pickup our brand new beautiful 2020 gold Ford Edge, it took less than 30 minutes to sign the papers and we were out the door. This should be an example all dealerships should copy, instead of all the BS you normally have to endure when purchasing a vehicle! There's enough pressure on you already, thinking about spending thousands, without sales people and managers playing their little back and forth games. Thank you Matt Pauley, Noah, actually everyone at Rob Sight Ford, for making our car buying experience simple, and stress free. More

If you’re looking for a truck, go to Rob sight Ford. They will give you the best deal, in the Kansas City area. No negotiations no hassle was ever needed when I bought mine. Fair Dealing, Excellent Customer Service We purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. We were pleased with the deal we were offered. When we encountered some unusual issues with the purchase, We purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. We were pleased with the deal we were offered. When we encountered some unusual issues with the purchase, they were swiftly, pleasantly, and effectively dealt with. We left the dealership completely satisfied with the vehicle, the sales manager, our salesman Michael Taylor, the finance/paperwork office, the service department, and the pre-owned sales manager. We chose Rob Sight specifically because the professional staff in every department are easy to deal with, customer friendly, accommodating, FAIR, and pleasant. The service people could not have been more helpful or more courteous, and assisted in learning some of the new electronic procedures. Rob Sight, and Michael Taylor in particular, are top notch in our book, and we would return there every time. More
