My wife and I needed to replace our 2014 Odyssey, which we bought at Zimmerman in 2014. This is where we had it serviced for the past ten years. We connected with Matt who couldn't meet with us the day we wanted, so he referred us to Nathan. He showed us all the features of the Touring edition. We then discussed price and financing options. We was very professional, engaging and patient with us as senior citizens, answering all our questions. We took overnight to think about it and called the next day to say we would take it. We then met with Kyle who treated us the same and gave us good advice on different options. The transaction was finalized with a loan. Afterward, Nathan finished setting up the interior including syncing our cell phones. We believe the whole two-day process went seamlessly continuing our confidence in the Zimmerman team for the past ten years. Thank you to all as we enjoy our new Odyssey Touring. More

I sent Matt Rizzo an email with some interest on a couple cars they had. He emailed back quickly and we exchanged phone numbers and a lot of communication was done via text messages. I had a number i needed on my trade and you never know how that that will go. I sent him a text of the vin, miles and some body defects and he seemed confident he could get me the number i needed. We had scheduled a Saturday afternoon time to look at and drive the cars, as he was booked up in the morning, but my wife was busy that afternoon. I shot Matt a text early Saturday morning and the stock #s of the cars. He had the cars out front ready and waiting for us. We were interested but it comes down to the numbers. He got the trade in number i needed approved and my financing worked out where I guesstimated. Wife had the car so we had to close the deal the next business day. I had gotten him paperwork and info for credit/loan prior to closing to have part done. Showed up and had a seat for 15 minutes while they swapped plates, then signed the documents with Kyle and write a down payment check. Done! Easy as pie! This the 3rd car I've bought from Zimmerman Honda and as long I'm in the area that's where I will continue to go. Thanks! More
