This is BY FAR the BEST dealership in southern Oregon. They are so easy to work with and really try and help. I bought a Tacoma truck. I paid for a 3 inch lift. It took them over a month to get the truck to me. 3 times they had to redo it. Finally I took it to Les Schwab and they mad I paid for a 3 inch lift. It took them over a month to get the truck to me. 3 times they had to redo it. Finally I took it to Les Schwab and they made it drivable but it still rubs when going through shallow dips in the highway. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They also owe me money on a bumper they never installed and I’ve been waiting for a credit for over a month. They did say they were sorry multiple times. I agreed. Truly they are sorry! They gave me a key chain for my trouble. Parts department, and sales would just deflect and tell me to talk to a manager. Only to find managers were always in a meeting. First Toyota truck I have ever bought. More

I walked in stating that I owe the staff an apology because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I neede because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I needed to set another appointment next month to fit everything into my budget. I purchased a lifetime warranty. The representative in charge stated he would take another look, he did and the work that needed doing cost much less than originally scheduled. Service was rendered in a few hours. Service that I understood and could afford. Thank you! More
