I went to Bob Baker Subaru after having consulted with Vanessa and was given a much better price than my local Subaru. Upon arrival, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Mat came to help us find the Vanessa and was given a much better price than my local Subaru. Upon arrival, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Mat came to help us find the vehicle we secured and took us for a test drive. On the test drive, he showed us all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and was so nice through it! Once going into the negotiation process, he gave us the same price promised by Vanessa and didn’t give us any pressure to do add anything we didn’t want or drastically change anything up on us. Once getting into closing the deal with Joseph, he was also very friendly and informative of the price amounts and any questions we had for him. The process was smooth! After purchase, Mat went out of his way to then show us important features of the car before our take off. Overall it was an amazing experience! More
