I got a brand new Mazda CX-5 grand touring in 2018, the paint started peeling like 6 months ago. I went to check with the car dealer where I got the car. That’s bob baker Mazda Carlsbad. They even sold me paint started peeling like 6 months ago. I went to check with the car dealer where I got the car. That’s bob baker Mazda Carlsbad. They even sold me a warranty that I can’t use in paint and is pretty much worthless. For which I paid a lot too. They told me oh yeah that happens because the environment and a bunch of bull****. That’s it. And your guaranty already expired after the 3 year. My car is 4 years old and the paint is already peeling and they don’t gave me no solution more than pay a new paint like I should expect that to happen in a brand new car. So terrible customer service and for that I would not buy a Mazda again. And I won’t recommend. They dealer should at least offer to fix the problem or give me a Good discount towards fixing the paint problem. but I got nothing! More

I was treated with respect and they listened to my requirements and did what they were able to to meet them. I had come in a few years ago and did not have a good experience with the sales team howeve requirements and did what they were able to to meet them.
