Five Stars for Jalen and the team at Salerno Jeep! Was worried I had an expensive repair and they were familiar with the issue and recommended contacting the manufacturer first. The staff is great. Very customer focused. But the shop doesn’t have enough capacity for non routine car care. Appointments can run 30+ days out… so plan ahead if your Very customer focused. Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep is the only service department that knows what they are doing. They are great at diagnosing issues and do all that they can to rectify.
