I have tried to get 2 safety items repaired, one was a recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane has not been ethical enough to complete either repair after scheduling with them multiple times. There is always an excuse why it can't be done. More

Horrible service center! Every time I go there it’s a waste of time. My last appointment was made by matthew my service advisor for a part swap that was not even in stock.
