Excellent experience I initially came in to Prestige Volvo by driving by the dealership. I purchased a car from Prestige over 20 years ago but have not been back since. I contacted Prestige through email, Tina helped me. She was extremely pleasant to coordinate with. When I came into the dealership I met Vin, who took the time to walk me through the vehicle that I was interested in – – an S 90 sedan. He careful he went through all the options (2017 amd 2018) and when he didn’t have the information at his fingertips, he obtained it for me. I then found out but I had a connection to Matt Haiken, who was a pleasure to deal with and assisted in the actual lease transaction. He walked me through specific vehicles, pricing options, and made sure that I got the best deal available. And the deal was fantastic. When I went to pick up the car, the entire process was well run, professional, and at no point did I feel like I was getting a “sales job“. I was very comfortable throughout. In the past, I walked out of other dealerships feeling like I was being played. Without hesitation, I can say that this was the opposite experience and probably the single best car buying experience I have had. More

2018 Volvo XC90 I was referred to Matthew Haiken at Prestige Volvo by a friend who had just leased a new car. I was about to sign a 36 month lease on a car that I wa I was referred to Matthew Haiken at Prestige Volvo by a friend who had just leased a new car. I was about to sign a 36 month lease on a car that I wasn't thrilled about. This all changed when I met Mr. Haiken and his team of kind and knowledgable staff. I loved the new XC90, I had the car the first year it came out, and I knew after driving it, this was the right car for me. He found the exact car I was looking for very quickly, complete with upgraded wheels which completely changed the "suburban mom" feel for me. The car was delivered immediately along with excellent customer service from others at Prestige Volvo. Ron Landstrom sat with me in the car and set up everything for me from bluetooth, to on call roadside assistance, to adjusting the sound on my radio. I had a very positive experience, and am looking forward to driving my 3rd Volvo, I have already gotten so many compliments on the car :) More

Disappointed Ongoing Customer Service Support Part 2 experience with this dealership. I thought after conversation with the General Manager Matthew, the issue would be resolved professionally and Part 2 experience with this dealership. I thought after conversation with the General Manager Matthew, the issue would be resolved professionally and quickly and I can write a positive review afterward. I was disappointed again. There is a difference between New support and On-going customer support. When you choose a dealership, you look for an ongoing/continuous customer support; not a one-time courteous treatment. The long delay for not wanting to refund partial of a tire warranty policy and not returning calls to the customer was part 1. Part 2, the customer has to perform all the leg-work to follow-up and inquire about the statuses. Of course, that could make the customer frustrated! The Tire company has no problem with the cancellation and refund of the policy but it requires the dealership to initiate the process. The amount is so small in the scale of such a large dealership. There is no follow through from the Finance Manager Pat and the General Manager Matthew on outstanding issue. The Tire company informed the customer that the process was completed and already handed back to the dealership. The customer has to inquiry the Finance Manager to find out why is it taking so long. After the Finance Manager told me that the check will be sent out the following week and now it is the 2nd week, there is still no update on the check. Getting money into the dealership – extra miles are provided so customer is happy. Getting money back to the customer – extra miles are a MUST from the customer, so dealer is happy (less work). More

Not Responsive and Not Addressing Customer Issue I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Prefe I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Preferred Tire policy, cancellation request should pro-rata refund to the lienholder (Prestige Volvo). I pulled ahead (6 months) my lease Volvo (39 months lease) and picked up another Volvo. Per CNA , the company will return money to Prestige Volvo and as a customer I should receive a pro-rata refund (approx. 1 year) from Prestige Volvo. I left 4 messages for the Finance Manager, Pat Masone and his assistant but I did not received a call back. I reached out to the General Manager Matthew for his help and he told me that CNA does not provide pro-rata refund. I am really disappointed of how this was handled even though I was a long term customer with this dealership. I spoke to CNA Tire Care and the company explained clearly of the cancellation request and the pro-rata refund but yet I heard a different story from the dealer. It really discourages me to refer friends and family. Although, I often go to the Service dept because the quality of service is good. More
