PRESTIGE VOLVO IS TRULY THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A VOLVO After much research, and after driving a Tesla Model X, and after aggressive shopping for a luxury hybrid SUV, I was ready for a XC 90 T8. I live in After much research, and after driving a Tesla Model X, and after aggressive shopping for a luxury hybrid SUV, I was ready for a XC 90 T8. I live in the Hudson Valley and visited Ramsey Volvo, Mid Hudson Volvo, White Plains Volvo and, finally, Prestige in East Hanover NJ (about 90 miles from my home). I bought my XC 90 T8 from Steve Badian at this dealership. To give you a sense of comparison, I also own late model BMW (M5), Jaguar and Porsche. In fact I traded a Porsche Cayenne on my Volvo. I have very high expectations of customer service and delivery. I can state with confidence that this particular delivery may have been the best I ever experienced. Not only did the dealer have substantial inventory where I found my preferred color and equipment combination - they came in with the best price on the deal. Even their post deal business department ( you know, the guys whose job it is to sell you all kinds of extra stuff) was pleasurable and non annoying. I ended up buying the Zurich Shield and a partial Zurich protection package - which I felt was a very good value for what you get. A dealership is properly evaluated how they respond when things go wrong - not when everything is smooth. In my case my new XC 90 T 8 had some minor cosmetic issues on delivery. They were immediately dealt with and I was given a "we owe" (correctly) for what could not be addressed at the time. At no time did I feel that any of my concerns were treated as trivial or overly critical. As for the car, I looked carefully at the BMW X5 hybrid, the Cayenne S Hybrid and the Volvo. There simply is no real comparison as far as I am concerned. My first Volvo is likely the best one they ever made. Power efficiency luxury and solidity, without the fleecing. I could not be happier. It just so happened to be my birthday on delivery day last week - and they even got me a cake! The quality of this dealer takes the cake and also gives the cake! Hats off to Steve, Pat, PJ and Matt. Great experience and highly recommended. More

Tonight I worked with Rich Curto and and Pat Masone and both helped me turn in a lease and start a new one so quickly and also took the time to explain what I was signing and what Prestige would do to help me throughout the term of my lease. Exemplary, feel comfortable visiting this dealer, you are in great hands. Must mention, although I didn't get to see Jay Rosen tonight - wish I had, what a gentleman and genuinely cares about the people that walk through his door.
