I ORDERED MY TRUCK A FEW MONTHS BACK AND LUKE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCES THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCESS WITH THE PLOW. Disappointed that I had to bring my boyfriend into the picture just to be taken seriously and to have my valid concerns heard. The repair was made only after my boyfriend stepped in and told them there was definitely something wrong that needed to be repaired. So disappointed in how I was made to feel like just a woman who didn’t know what she was talking about. The vehicle is mine. I made the purchase and I should have been treated with the same respect that my boyfriend was. More
