He was very accommodating of my personal requests on the new vehicles. Bill Cafyn who was my salesman for my most recent trade-in and purchase of a new traverse Z71. He was beyond knowledgeable navigating the computer systems.(He even figured out why I couldn’t submit my credit application online, it needs a home phone number even if you don’t have one!) His knowledge of new vehicles is highly impressive and walk me through all the cars features with ease. He effortlessly explained various things during the walk through and purchasing process. So today my wife and decided to go to Lester Glenn to see if we could get a new truck due to my current lease coming to an end. But let me tell you today was probably the best car dealership experiences my wife and I ever had. Our salesman Nick Fratto was GREAT! We literally had the best experience with him. He was to the point and everything just went so smooth. This is our second car purchase from Lester Glenn and it definitely won’t be the last. 10 out of 10 for our experience today. More
