Everyone that we dealt with was extremely friendly and personable. Making a large purchase, intermingled with a trade-in of undetermined value creates a stress for the buyer, and its not that easy to deal personable. Javon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was genuine, patient, and never pushed a sale on us. We came in on Friday just before closing and he stayed much later than he should have to show He was genuine, patient, and never pushed a sale on us. We came in on Friday just before closing and he stayed much later than he should have to show us the vehicles, allow us to test drive, and even explain the inventory and anticipated stock of all of the vehicles we were interested in. We didn’t buy a car that night and he was completely fine with it and willing to answer any questions we had in the future. The next day we asked to start a sale on a vehicle but would not be able to finalize until the next Monday. He answered my text message first thing that morning and gave us all the necessary information we needed to initiate the same. He also got us another thousand dollar discount. We came in the next Monday and it was the smoothest, simplest instance I have had in purchasing a car. He told us he was always available to answer any questions.
