I recently purchased a used vehicle at Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River NJ. The day prior, an appointment was scheduled to test drive the vehicle. Traveling sixty miles from my home and entering th Chevrolet in Toms River NJ. The day prior, an appointment was scheduled to test drive the vehicle. Traveling sixty miles from my home and entering the Dealership, I was greeted and introduced to Mr. Ryan Bahrle who accompanied me on the test drive, illustrating the features of the vehicle. Upon returning to the Dealership, Ryan prepared a quote on the purchase price. I was not convinced that this was the vehicle for me, Enter Mr. Matthew Miller who suggested an additional test drive. Ryan also suggested that perhaps another vehicle in inventory would be suitable and a tour of the inventory was initiated. However, I am not inclined to unplanned decisions and the tour was unproductive. I then test drove the vehicle again, without Ryan, and after some adjustment to the driver position found the vehicle acceptable. Returning to the Dealership, I made an offer. A negotiation ensued and after a short period, a price was agreed upon. In my opinion. locating a vehicle that interests you is part of the research. Finding a Dealer that is fair and courteous is also necessary. I found Ryan and Matthew to be professional, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Regarding the technical side of the vehicle, Ryan set up the synch with my Smartphone and explained the features and how to use those features. I would strongly recommend Ryan as a Dealership representative that you can work with. More
