If there were negative stars I would go as low as possible. Every nightmare negative review happened to me in one in one visit. They are dishonest disrespectful and insulting. They would not honor th possible. Every nightmare negative review happened to me in one in one visit. They are dishonest disrespectful and insulting. They would not honor the deal made by the salesman and made insulting comments like well we have the car so why would we make a deal or if you want the car just pay the price. They try to get you into a long term finance to get monthly # down but you pay way more in finance fees. If you pull the deal they sit you in the waiting area until you get fed up and try to see a manager. I sat there for a good hour my salesman never even acknowledged me,as he had to write up the refund on my down payment. I stood in the managers area around 20 minutes being ignored when it was obvious we were at an impasse and then rudely asked to step out as they inferred I was ease dropping on other`s personal information. I stood outside rot around another 15 minutes and when then told to wait in the waiting area where I sat almost an hour and had to get a manager to sign off on the form, They also said why would they sell me the car when they can get more from someone else. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I won`t mention their names but under no circumstances do business with them. More

There auto service doesn’t work at all they take whole day but doesn’t nothing and there warrant also not good they tell you something else ab when it comes to doing it they change there statement. They do not honor their agreement bait and switch I will never go back to this dealer again. First the price that they advertise is at best misleading and in the fine print you will find that it's aft I will never go back to this dealer again. First the price that they advertise is at best misleading and in the fine print you will find that it's after a down payment and if you finance through them at some ridiculous rate. After i negotiated a price and having them give me a 10 year wraparound warranty that was clearly written on the order sheet and approved from the used car manager. The day i was picking up the car they changed the warranty to a certified warranty. And then wanted me to pay extra for the warranty. They tried to tell me it was a mistake and the manager tried to blame the salesman. The salesman didn't make a mistake. I think this was management playing a bait and switch game. Regardless of who is at fault the general manager should have honored the written agreement. They also own Atlantic Hyundai and i have to assume they run it the same way. More

Nice change of pace Traveled 50 miles to see a car advertised. Met sales rep David Bernstein. He took us around showing the different trims of the car i wanted and made Traveled 50 miles to see a car advertised. Met sales rep David Bernstein. He took us around showing the different trims of the car i wanted and made sure i was talking about the right vehicle. He made the entire process easy. He showed a tremendous knowledge about not only the car, but the trade in process, financing, insurance and warranty. He could not have been more courteous and professional. The paperwork was handled promptly and in finalizing the sale, had the pleasure of working with Matt. Again, professional service with answers to all my questions. Based on this experience, would recommend Advantage. More
