If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I want to make everyone aware of this shady business to protect others from purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle here. Especially from the salesm I want to make everyone aware of this shady business to protect others from purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle here. Especially from the salesman Adrian Powell who has refused to e-mail or call my back to rectify this situation. My mother purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership in June 2022. I'd also like to note that the dealership never shared a carfax with her when making the purchase which is a RED FLAG. 3-4 weeks later after purchasing the car my mother notice some rusting on the car. She brought the car back and the dealership simply painted over it. Fast forward another 4 weeks later, my mother started to see the rust and expand on different areas of the car. A week after this she took it back to the dealership so show the extensive rust under the car (see photos). Nothing was done to repair it nor was the vehicle examined. My mother then went to a 3rd party mechanic to get an oil change and the mechanic pointed out further rusting on the wheel of the car. Ever since she's been trying to contact the dealership for months to have them trade her out of this car into a new one. It is painstakingly obvious that the dealership knew the car was rusting and just did a paint job to cover it. On December 17th my mother decided to come to the dealership in person where she was belittled and the dealership refused to provide any copies of the documents that she requested that she signed. I'm now back home and have tried to contact the dealership over 10 times. Ever since they know my last name is associated with my mother they refuse to have anyone answer. I've asked to speak to the GM who refuses to take my calls. They also said someone would send the documents that my mother signed today and we still have received nothing, Adrian Powell told me to email him the photos and said he would call me back. I didn't even have a moment to respond when he abruptly hung up me. 3 days later and still no phone call or email from Adrian acknowledging the photos he received. It's sad and pathetic that this dealership thinks it can take advantage of an immigrant older mother. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE. More

not made aware of disposition fee leased a hyundai sonata for four years and returned same in march 2020 in immaculate condition and was not charged anything for the condition etc and leased a hyundai sonata for four years and returned same in march 2020 in immaculate condition and was not charged anything for the condition etc and with only about 9 thousand miles ...only at the time that i indicated about the return i was informed by adrian powell that the hyundai company would send me a bill for 400 $ but was not mentioned specifically to me though mentioned in the contract.i trusted him and would have appreciated if he had told me about it at which time i could have made a rational decision and also check with other companies if they also charge a fee for non renewal of lease or purchasing the same car .which i feel is not prudent BUSINESS PRACTICE and also they promised two free oil change etc ..but due to low mileage the second service was charged by the dealership as the mileage mentioned for second service due did not happen within the time frame.adrian promised to refund those charges by the service dept but never happened .i brought this to the attention of the number one in the same dealership today but only told me that i should have read the entire contract be4 signing and hyundai company sent a bill for 400 plus tax for approx 35 dlrs and are not willing to waive it and gave me time till aug 6 th to pay or the matter will be reported to the credit bureau .again this is NOT good business practice and should have been told upfront .they did not LIE but they hid the truth as normally customers dont check every page of the agreement due to the trust ...but in my case my trusting adrian was transgressed . i have until 6th to decide on the route that i may take . More

Adrian Powell was amazing! Just leased my car from Adrian at Hyundai Advantage in Hicksville. He was very helpful, found the color that I needed with the price I wanted. He did pricing for financing, leasing and buying out my old lease. He worked with the finance department to get my price down to the range I wanted. While in the car he showed me how to work all the new features and connected my phone to the car system. Honest. No hassle. No games. He looked out for my interest as the customer. Friendly, personable with sense of knowledge and understanding. Highly recommend Adrian and will come back to see him next time. More
