Need more privacy when making a deal to buy a car, put my plates on for me. Make it more clear about the interest rate before sitting down and finalizing the deal with the paperwork. We didnt want the gap insurance but found out we were signed up for it. We asked Matt to remove us from this insurance The finance person took a while to see us. This was a very easy and quick experience. Matt Vanpelt knew what I was looking for and we worked well together, as we'd done in the past. I have returned to Honda many times to lease my cars Matt Vanpelt knew what I was looking for and we worked well together, as we'd done in the past. I have returned to Honda many times to lease my cars beacuse they are willing to work with me in a way that works for us both. I've not found that kind of service elsewhere. My parents used Honda cars for years, and so have I (family tradition I guess). The cars are reliable, the service is caring, efficient and friendly, especially Lisa Barritta. And their cars are extremely reliable. I guess you could call me a happy customer. :-) More
