I have been a loyal customer of INFINITI of the Palm Beaches for 19 years. The reason is simple. The sales and service departments are the best. My husband and I went into Infiniti of Palm Springs to possibly purchase a Q50 about a month ago. Max Hager was very informative, professional and he didn’t put pressure on us to buy. Since we don’t buy possibly purchase a Q50 about a month ago. Max Hager was very informative, professional and he didn’t put pressure on us to buy. Since we don’t buy anything fast, we came back a month later and once again Max was very patient and courteous. So much so that my husband and I have owned 3 Maxima’s, and 1 Infiniti in the past as we tend to keep our vehicles a very long time. However, after purchasing our new QX50 from Max last week, we are considering possibly trading in about 3 to 4 years with Max. We trust him to have our backs. He is very honest.
