I never like to write negative reviews, but after so many problems with this dealer and so many lies, I find that I have no other option. Other prospective buyers really need to know about this dealership be problems with this dealer and so many lies, I find that I have no other option. Other prospective buyers really need to know about this dealership before heading in. I first got in touch with this dealership online, and a representative was able to email me and finalize details with me prior to going into the dealership in-person, which is 1 hour away. Once I got to the dealership and saw the new car I was supposed to receive, I found the car in horrible condition. The floors were dirty, there was garbage on the floor and in the cubby on the driver's side door, a panel over the passenger side air bag was loose and dangling down, there was a paint chip on the inside of the rear driver's side door, and the mileage was over 150 (though my quote from the representative said the mileage was <10). I asked both the sales rep and the manager about the condition of the car and how it seemed the car was used heavily and not brand new. I asked repeatedly if it was a demo car. They continued to insist that it was new, new, new, and that it was never a demo. They also said the mileage was high because it was driven over to them from a sister dealership. Ultimately, their lies worked, and we ended up purchasing the car. As soon as we came home and were cleaning the car, we found the window sticker on the back seat. Guess what it said in bold letters -"DEMO CAR." We also subsequently found out where the sister dealership was, and it was 20 miles away and not over 100 miles away. Since we've had the car, we've brought it in for servicing 3 times, including for a warning light for the air bag. We now have an issue with a broken piece on the roof rack which the dealership says can be fixed anywhere but two local Honda dealers say should be fixed at the original dealer. I wish I can give them negative stars. Please save yourself the headache and the lies and find an honest dealership and learn from my mistakes. More
