I don’t know who Veronica Galluccio is, my salesperson was Megan Byrnes and she was wonderful to work with. I have been a customer since 1988 and my salesperson retired(Robert Levine) I loved working with was Megan Byrnes and she was wonderful to work with. I was there this past weekend. I have to say I never had such smooth experience with a car dealership. They make appointments now due to covid. I went in a little late for my time and they took me in right away. The salesperson, Megan B. is AWESOME! She is very professional and honest. She showed us the cars, gave us the options, and also the colors which is available. Next step: Price negotiation! Ooooh let the fun begins 😆 I read about other reviewers say about some fees that they added and be honest I was a little shock too when I saw that initial quote. BUT Megan was very patient to explain all the terms and everything else and I told her that I’m not leaving empty handed. I even brought my checkbook! lol 😂 She was very kind AND was able to lower those fees. The price went nicely down and that’s expectable for me. Then the loan application was done by Bryan, in Finance Dept. He’s quick & accommodating! Went through all the terms & options. Next thing I know, I’m driving my new baby home! So yeah~ I would recommend DCH Academy Honda to my friends! More
