I bought a 2025 Prius Plug-in Hybrid from Daniel this week and he was amazing. He understood my wants and needs in my next car and made it happen. There was zero pressure and was a great laid back vibe t week and he was amazing. He understood my wants and needs in my next car and made it happen. There was zero pressure and was a great laid back vibe that I would recommend to anyone who is nervous to enter a dealership - Handy’s is simply friendly and goes above and beyond to make you content with your experience. Dennis in finance was very helpful and thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to me. Eric, Jamie and Kyle are super kind sales managers who strive to make your experience great when you’re there. Definitely will continue buying from Handy’s! More

Completely incompetent: they failed to set aside the kit I needed for a recall despite the fact that my appointment was solely for that kit. They said they got rid of the last one just minutes before I arri I needed for a recall despite the fact that my appointment was solely for that kit. They said they got rid of the last one just minutes before I arrived. There’s no excuse for that when I had an appointment scheduled well in advance for that specific kit. Wasted 3 hours of my day for literally nothing. In addition, the last time I had my car serviced by Handy, my hood was never properly closed so as I drove down the interstate it started wobbling up and down and was a safety hazard. At the time I thought it was a one-off accident but after this recent experience, Handy has shown a pattern of incompetence that is intolerable in the industry. More
