I don't know if Tonya Ness was the person from the service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great! I was impressed my wait time was a little over half an hour; usually it's a couple of h service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great! Tonya and Errol went above and beyond to work with AUL to have my wheel bearing and speed sensor replaced.
