I used to dread going to any dealership. Bit I am glad that I walked in the door of Serra Toyota. I bought my car there 3 years ago and have had it in for services a few times, and not once Bit I am glad that I walked in the door of Serra Toyota. I bought my car there 3 years ago and have had it in for services a few times, and not once have I had a bad experience. The people have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate them greatly and would recommend Serra Toyota to anybody seeking a new vehicle. And I really love my car as well! More

Serra seems to always be ready when I arrive. There is lot going on but someone is there to at least tell me what’s going on. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Also there is a lot in the owners manual that you have dig into to understand and know how certain things work. More
