Charles Thrash is a gem of a man. If everything else (getting my check timely) was handled as smoothly as my dealing with Charles, I would have given 5 stars. Eric always returned my calls, which is not something always done at dealerships. Gay Otey ultimately saved the day for me when I spoke her on the 12th day.
