The staff is very rude and uninformed. It’s like nobody knew what was going on up there and I promised my tuneup was not done correct correctly. Service process was very smooth and easy. They got the car in and out quickly and efficiently. I liked the text video from the service department explaining how the car was. Only complaint was that my service representative was kind of rude. I arrived a few minutes early and she had not yet arrived. Once she arrived I tried to check in with her and she was not nice. Said she wasn’t ready to talk to me in a rude way. I u destined she was just getting settled but she could have said it in a much nicer way. She also didn’t follow up once my car was ready to go. Honestly she seemed annoyed every time I talked to her. I would like a different service representative on the future. More

I was told by my advisor Melanie that I have to pay a 50. 00 dollars deductible for my tire . When I pick up the car the charge me $374.97. Don’t really understand why I have to pay that amount , I left the d 00 dollars deductible for my tire . When I pick up the car the charge me $374.97.
