I have had the pleasure of dealing with Justice Mogano and Otto's BMW for almost eight years now with three cars and two SUVs. For me, Justice is the perfect salesman. He has a warm personality, no high p and Otto's BMW for almost eight years now with three cars and two SUVs. For me, Justice is the perfect salesman. He has a warm personality, no high pressure tactics, knowledgeable and most important to me, Honest. He wants to make a sale but more importantly, he wants me to be happy. As for Otto's service, the BEST. I have dealt with Melissa Gibson for some time now and she is a great representative for Otto's service. No pushing to get some service done that isn't needed which I have experienced at other dealers. Never any issues after a service as always the car runs like a dream. Like Justice, Melissa wants to make sure the customer is happy. When my friends ask me why I drive over an hour to Otto's I just tell them, the best sales and service so why not! More
