I will first say our service advisor Melissa did a pretty good job communicating status to us. My issue that disappoints me is when we went to pick up our vehicle the battery was dead from someone leaving th good job communicating status to us. My issue that disappoints me is when we went to pick up our vehicle the battery was dead from someone leaving the lights on. We had to get a jump start from someone in service. This was very disappointing. I we learned from a staff .ember that our lights had been left on and I'm not sure why the vehicle wasn't checked before delivering back to us, the customer. The original work (transmission and brakes) seem to be fine. More

Already sent you a review a day ago. Service was terrible. Waited 4 hours to have my truck auto butlered. Scheduled for 9:00 am and it didn’t go in until 11:00 am and that’s only because Service was terrible. Waited 4 hours to have my truck auto butlered. Scheduled for 9:00 am and it didn’t go in until 11:00 am and that’s only because I complained. Not happy that I spent the extra money for the auto butler. You guys need to get your service department to stop scheduling to many cars on the same timeframes. I’ll never buy another car or truck from your dealership again. I will also not refer your dealership to anyone. More
