Friendly, helpful and competent Service Center staff. Everyone is focused on good customer service. Appointments are easy to make and customers are eagerly welcomed by appointment or as a walk in. They offer a rides from Sutton to home and back to Sutton if the wait time for service is too long or if you're just dropping your vehicle off. All the work is explained and nothing is done without customer approval. Compared to the Ford dealership where the vehicle was purchased, Sutton has proven to be a much better experience. This is why we haven't home back to the orgjnal dealership but keep coming back to Suttkn. Our next vehicle will come from Sutton More

My experience was a breeze thanx to Me Lester Parker! I initially came in back in March to trade in my truck, but there weren’t any new escapes av on the lot. Melissa Lebran took very good care of situation that started out terrible. All in All i would only continue my service there as long as she is the Service Advisor, or at least someone with the knowledge started out terrible.
