Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) When away from work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, movies and reading. “I enjoy that face-to-face process of working with customers. It’s comfortable for me…and it ensures that they receive the attention

Top-Notch Dealership, Top-Notch Sales Consultant Could not be happier with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and with our sales consultant, Melissa Sinapi. We are a loyal Toyota family, extending back many years when my wife and I each bought our first Toyotas. We recently decided to purchase a 2020 Prius Prime, based on great financial incentives and based on a good trade-in value for our 2017 Prius Prime (a terrific car). DCH and Melissa found the car we wanted (color, package, etc.) on very short notice. Indeed, the transaction was completed in less than a week. This was remarkable, given that this all took place over the Christmas-to-New Year time window. Everything was seamless and smooth from start to finish. This is the fourth time we have purchased a car from DCH, each time with Melissa as our sales consultant. Previously, we had purchased Toyotas through other dealerships; by comparison, DCH is top-tier. Melissa could not be better to work with. We have recommended DCH and Melissa to others. Based on such, one of our friends recently purchased a car from DCH, through Melissa. Cannot recommend DCH and Melissa Sinapi more highly. You will not be disappointed. More

I communicated with Pinkal and Melissa via phone and emails. Both of them were very prompt at responding even after hours! I was literally at the dealership for about 1 hour and I was on my way home with my Jeep Wrangler JK. I highly recommend them. More
