Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) No vultures at this dealership Car buying had always been an annoying experience over the years. DCH salesmen or in my case a charming woman , Melissa , made it easy n enjoyable. She new her stuff on any vehicle I was asking about and then some. And at the end when my used vehicle was being outfitted with the new tires n rims I provided , she sheppardrd me through that as well n was in touch even on her day off. No negatives here and the other salesmen I interacted with in her stead were personable and just darn nice folks. Will shop there sgsin and u should too More

Exceptional Service !!! My husband & I went in not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, thinking it was out of our price range. Melissa took the time to give us all the optio My husband & I went in not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, thinking it was out of our price range. Melissa took the time to give us all the options and wasn't pushy. We ended up getting a brand new Toyota Highlander that I LOVE & it was affordable. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked & was set up properly. Due to their friendly and welcoming spirits, we will definitely be visiting Melissa and Rob for any future motor vehicle purchase. Rob was also very helpful with finalizing our purchase. He made sure that we received the best rate on our loan. I even went back to have my automatic starter installed and had to go say hello to Melissa. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure doing business with them both. More
