Service department took care of the issue as fortunately Honda issued a recall for this particular problem. I’ve been quite obvious in how the sales department uses bait and switch tactics with postings. I am in the showroom waiting for the repair. Both the sales manager and salesman who were my best friends ever when buying the car in late July walked right be me and my wife without even acknowledging my existence on this planet. Service department doesn’t offer a loaner. Had a friend pick us up to go to the mall otherwise would have been there for closer to 3 hours. More
