I enjoyed working with Merrelll Middleton. I felt that he read me well and accommodated me. He was the antithesis of the 'high pressure, sell at any cost' type car salesman that you think of I felt that he read me well and accommodated me. I didn't have the same feeling with the finance department individual when it came time to explain and purchase any additional car warranties/protections. There, I felt like I was being sold a bill of goods and the pricing was very 'loosey goosey'. The protections available are complicated and I didn''t feel like I was being leveled with. More

Beautiful dealership and sales people were very friendly but not pushy. Finance was a little pushy about warranty but I believe he had our best interest at heart about electronics warranty and I finally ag but not pushy.
