I was just waiting for my wife to pick me up when I met Paul. We just started talking, not really talking about cars or what i was looking for. I explained to him how much I appreciated the service department and I would be looking to buy for my wife in a couple of months. I asked a few questions about a few cars and pointed to a 2013 Altima. I told him my wife would love something like that, and I would like to take a look at it. Once I set in it I knew my wife had to take it for a ride. The rest was history. My wife and myself sit down with Paul and the Newton Nissan team and they made the buying so easy. We loved how they took the time with us and worked with us on our trade in. We are now the proud owners of the 2013 Altima. When I look to buy again, I will be buying another car from Paul and the Newton Nissan Team and I highly recommend them to you! More

I was able to let Dave know what I was looking for. When I got there he had a few options picked out for me meeting my requirements. I had my 8 year old son with me, and Dave included him in the car shopping. When we got there my son did not want a new car. He was happy and comfortable in the one we had. I dealt with Dave Hollie which he was very professional and polite and helped to meet my needs with the vehicle I purchased. When you walk into the dealership you feel very welcome every staff member was very friendly. I was treated with respect and professional courtesy, all with minimal interference of my busy schedule. I walked away with equity in my trade and a Brand New Titan Pro-4X for an excellent price. Long Version: I was contacted by Terri Appleton who suggested I bring my 2012 Titan in for an appraisal to consider if a trade-in was a viable option for me. I had been in my truck for 3 years and thought “It might be time for an upgrade…” She set me up with an appointment to meet Roger Blackburn to appraise my vehicle and look at options they had on the lot. When I arrived at Newton Nissan, Roger was currently working with another customer so he asked JT Rosenthal to help out; the hand-off was seamless and the teamwork mentality was very evident throughout the entire interaction. While meeting with JT I must have had three people from management and sales introduce themselves and ask if I would like anything to drink or eat. That first afternoon I also met Justin George, one of the Sales Managers, and was very impressed with his candor and professionalism. I departed that night with a very reasonable trade-in value and a truck in mind to consider with my wife. From there the process was simple and quick, and after test driving the truck and crunching some numbers, I was quickly seen into Anthony Green’s office to sign and seal the deal. The delivery was fast and informative; in a matter of 50 minutes from start to finish I went from negotiating to driving away in my new Titan. As I was driving away I crossed paths with the Owner, Mike Abbondanza, and he congratulated me on my new purchase and explicitly thanked me for the business.
