Car buying made relaxing and fun. I had been looking for a new car and had some unpleasant experiences at dealerships closer to my home ( Goodlettsville). Someone recommended that I go to Gallatin and to Newton Nissan. To be honest, I was so discouraged I almost didn't go. However I am thrilled I did. From the moment I arrived I was greeted like we had been friends for years, even though I had come straight from work and not looking the best.I was welcomed by Michael Abbondanza and had a chat and talked about what I was looking for. He then introduced me to Dave Holle and assured me I was in great hands. Mr. Holle did not disappoint, he had a smile the whole entire time, I am not kidding. He was upbeat and positive while I was stressed out. I couldn't have been paired with a better person. Both Dave Holle and Bruce Moss were not only very professional and informative, but also very personable and fun. By the time I was ready to leave, I was calm, in a great mood, leaving with a new car and felt like I spent my time with friends. I have already recommended Newton Nissan to people and its barely been over 24 hours since m visit. This will always be my go to when I need anything. You cant go wrong here! Dave Holle patiently went back and worth with me for 2 weeks working hard to find the exa Everyone at Newton Nissan is extremely friendly and helpful. Dave Holle patiently went back and worth with me for 2 weeks working hard to find the exact car I wanted (a 2015 Rogue SL). I went in Labor Day afternoon, and Dave and Anthony (who works in finance) both stayed 30 minutes late on a holiday to help me. Dave is very knowledgeable and friendly and wasn't pushy at all (unlike some other dealerships I went to). He miraculously found me the car I wanted and made sure it was within my budget. He went over all of the features in my car and hooked up my cell phone to the blue tooth in the car. He even took a picture with me; him handing me my keys! Anthony, who works in finance, was very quick and efficient, yet still explained everything to me in a way I understood (finance is not my language... :) ). Dave called me today to follow up and thank me, which shows they actually care! Even though there are 2 Nissan dealerships in Nashville, where I live, I drove 45 minutes to Gallatin to go to Newton!! I would recommend them to everyone! More
