I experienced the worst customer service and speed of service was awful. I purchased a brand new vehicle from Joe Machens Capital City and within a week the service light came on and my vehicle wouldn’t service was awful. I purchased a brand new vehicle from Joe Machens Capital City and within a week the service light came on and my vehicle wouldn’t reverse. My vehicle was towed to Joe Machens on March 18th. It was there until April 16th and they found nothing wrong with it. Any updates on my car were given to me after I called, they never called me with an update without me first calling. When my vehicle was brought back to me it had 15 miles until out of gas. I also never received a 2nd key for the vehicle when purchased. I have been asking for one for over a month and I still don’t have it. I’ve never been this disappointed with a business and never had this much trouble with a service department and dealership. More

We went to Joe machens because we were told tires would be in and car would be fixed next day. Turns out, it was going to be the next day. Said there's no way they could get me a loaner. So we called rusty be in and car would be fixed next day. Turns out, it was going to be the next day. Said there's no way they could get me a loaner. So we called rusty drewing and they said they could do a loaner on same timeline. It took a call from my husband saying 'rusting drewing said they'll offer a loaner' for them to miraculously come up with a loaner. Then it took 3 days, so thank goodness they did. Everyone was great except the service coordinator, Michael, who didn't put in any extra effort to get a loaner for me then seemed very inconvenienced and irritated when he called me saying he had a loaner. The woman at the front desk is amazing and the man with the Texas accent is also amazing! More

I went in because Ford tech support was insistent that I must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Cap must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Capitol City helped me figure everything out and Michael even got my Ford app reset for me. Thank you guys!! More
