I was happy with some of the staff. But honestly as a BIG car dealership, I expect better. The fact that the communication level was horrible with getting things done and approved really led me to tears due car dealership, I expect better. I may have gotten a better car with less issues at another dealer instead of an "AS IS" which in that situation should have been imprinted on their site for certain cars. Still some things were not resolved. So now I have to have a body detailer/ mechanic do some fixing. The fact that some things were approved and to find out it weren't, was a total blow to my face and my children. I don't like liars. It was my first car and under certain circumstances, I had to search for a car ASAP for the sake of my kids. One day in the future I will be able to get the car I worked hard for and saved for and will remember all the tears and frustration it took to get it. Acura was my very first experience and honestly the impression was not a good one but left a mark. Regardless if it's old or new, everyone wants to feel confident and somevwhat trust who we're getting our cars from. But unfortunately, as long as they complete some deals that's all that matters. I'm just grateful and thankful that I have a car to get me and my children around. But my experience is forever memorable. More

The dealer has a great operation, with a nice atmosphere, and the hospitality of its staff. Specially with people like Mike Duggan on sales, Mike Chan on service; both of whom helped me with my purchase due and the hospitality of its staff. Specially with people like Mike Duggan on sales, Mike Chan on service; both of whom helped me with my purchase due to their knowledge of the product and their capacity to satisfy the customer's need. That combination makes the purchase experience an efficient and pleasant one. This is my 4th car purchased on this dealer location, all of them with Mr. Duggan. Of course the Acura brand, has been improving through the years surpassing the competition, and making it a "best buy", because of its quality, reliance, and competitive pricing. More

My service was outstanding! My Service Advisor, Alex, did the most important thing. He listened. The problem with my vehicle was difficult to explain. Evidently the word "squirrelly" is not a technic did the most important thing. He listened. The problem with my vehicle was difficult to explain. Evidently the word "squirrelly" is not a technical term. Alex was extremely patient and listened carefully and asked questions so he could explain to the technician the concern I had expressed. Knowing that diagnosing the problem would be difficult when the car was hot after my 20 mile drive to the dealership, Alex had a loaner vehicle ready for me. The tech test drove the vehicle that afternoon and again the following morning, at which time Alex contacted me. My Acura repair was completed that day and when I got my car back it was sparkling clean! Many thanks to a great service team at Acura of Pembroke Pines! More
