We have been married for 31 years and had never purchased a new car, always used. Everyone was friendly, professional,helpful and took the time to properly show all features and benefits of a KIA and took t a new car, always used. Will never do business with them again! WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told that a Telluride was coming in for me and Micheal Cole gave me an exact date and I put down a deposit. I wasn't told u WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told that a Telluride was coming in for me and Micheal Cole gave me an exact date and I put down a deposit. I wasn't told until late in the day they day it was supposed to arrive two weeks later that it did not arrive and he could not tell me when it would arrive. I spoke to the manger who didn't return my call for 3 days. After 3 weeks of waiting for this car and not being given a date that it would arrive I decided to buy elsewhere and ask them to refund my deposit. One week later my deposit was not refunded the salesman then informed me that I needed to call and give my credit card number to them to process the refund. Micheal Cole lied to me about my car's arrival date and my refund. I will never do business with this dealership again. Meanwhile I bought a beautiful new Toyota Highlander at Bryan Easler Toyota and had a wonderful experience! More
