I walked away knowing that he fully understood and would make a good suggestion. I trusted him. We took the car for a test drive, he answered all my questions, pointed out the features, and I was ready to sign on a dotted line. From that point on, the process continued very smoothly. We agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and I was sent to see the "financial guy" (what was I going to be facing there?). Mike Nelson provided me with all the details of warranties and specials. He was very professional and straight forward. He was patient with me, handling all my questions. I felt very much at ease speaking with him.
