OUTSTANDING AGAIN - COVID Sensitivity and Solid Logistics! The MINI team did it very well again. From scheduling to the work that got done, all was handled professionally and effectively. Even with COVID and a The MINI team did it very well again. From scheduling to the work that got done, all was handled professionally and effectively. Even with COVID and a loaner, my check in was less than 10 minutes, and with online pay, my check out was less than 5 including a quick visit to the showroom. Otto's is a 45 minute trip for me, but you are my MINI dealer. More

Satisfactory Service My mini was in for yearly service. I was pleased to be greeted with Preston when I arrived. Epic and Knowledgeable Group! Been looking at various cars the last few months, Chad has been especially helpful in helping me find all my potential options financially. In a matter of minutes he got me Motoring advisors who knew their stuff (shout out Peter, Michael and Raheem). Now I was literally all over the map, from a 2020 JCW Clubman Launch Edition, to a 2020 MINI Cooper SE, to 2019 MINI Countryman SE All4, but they all took their time with me, got me in the cars, told me all about them and threw down in the knowledge department. I’m still on the fence between trading in my Honda Civic Type R for a MINI or going for a MINI as my second car, but I had to reach out and say how awesome the entire crew is at Otto’s!
