I’ve never been more shafted by a dealership in my life. I wanted to buy a car. They sent me up with a test drive. I saw it online because they emailed me and when I went in they said oh it does it mean our I wanted to buy a car. They sent me up with a test drive. Probably because I told them that I was going to be paying cash and that they couldn’t sell me financing. I then put more than half down on another vehicle, and all it was waiting for was to get the title. All of a sudden it doesn’t meet their standards after a week and the vehicle is no longer there. This happened to me twice going into there and finding out that it doesn’t meet their standards yet. They posted on their website and when they find out that I’m paying cash and not financing it. All of a sudden the vehicle actually disappeared, I’m thinking that maybe somebody else bought it because they financed it at 26% I spoke with the Director and he told me that he was going to find me a vehicle at their cost to make sure that I was happy and be in touch with me. That was a month ago. Since then I have put many inquiries on the vehicles that they have posted on the website asking if it was available. Week after week I never heard anything. If you have bad credit, I need financing then. Yeah definitely go there because they’re xxxxxxxx. If in the event that you fall in love with a vehicle and all of a sudden it disappears, it’s because they weren’t gonna make as much money on you as they were on somebody else. To this day, I still have not gotten an email or a text or a phone call👎👎👎 The only reason I rated it as a 1 is because they didn’t have a zero that I could rate it. More

Bought an MDX 12/20/2020 motor ceased on me last week. I called Mike yesterday you know to answer a question or two and he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. If this was my original salesman when I called Mike yesterday you know to answer a question or two and he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. If this was my original salesman when I purchased my corolla on 2010 he would have tried to help me in which ever way he could. I asked him a simple question and nothing. I have zero car now and since he got his money from my purchase I feel like im nothing now. Totally changed my opinion of you Mike. Thanks for nothing. I'll still recommend Merchants but not Mike. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own with no help from my parents, and when I put in a price inquiry for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, I got a call not even an hour later, very pleasant phone call, I s help from my parents, and when I put in a price inquiry for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, I got a call not even an hour later, very pleasant phone call, I set up an appointment yesterday for 5pm to just check out the car and by 7pm I was driving home with it... Mike and Brian asked me some simple questions, did some work on the computers, and within 2 hours I had a brand new car! I wasn't sure if I had full coverage insurance, but that wasn't a problem 5 minutes after I said something Mike had an insurance broker calling me, and setting up a new insurance policy for me!!! Just an awesome experience all around!! I highly recommend Merchants Auto to anyone especially if it's your first time buying a vehicle on your own!!!! More
